Tokyo Art Flow 00 is an art festival that will transform the area around Futako-Tamagawa Station in summer 2016. Over three days during the summer holidays, the district will come alive with a wide range of event programs, spread across the shopping facilities near the station and the riverside that forms Futako-Tamagawa’s largest natural resource.

The background and culture of a city is founded on civic participation. In this spirit, this festival will utilize public spaces by the river, around the station and on the streets. Creating and presenting artworks together with citizens and private corporations, the festival will enrich the community for all its residents.

The 2016 festival is the trial “0th” event, continuing for 18 months until the end of the first full festival in summer 2017.
